Every product sold on this site is a research chemical supplied strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use only. Products are not for human or animal use of any kind, and are not intended for medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or veterinary purposes. Products are not foods, drugs, dietary supplements, or cosmetics, and no statement on this site has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Product descriptions, specifications, and certificates of analysis are provided solely to characterize research materials. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing on this site may be read as a claim that any product can diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

By placing an order you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, institution, or organization equipped to handle research chemicals safely.
• You will use the products exclusively for lawful laboratory and in-vitro research, in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• You will not use the products in or on humans or animals, and will not resell or distribute them for any such use.
• You have the knowledge, training, and facilities to handle, store, and dispose of research chemicals safely.

The purchaser assumes all responsibility for the storage, handling, use, and disposal of products after delivery, and for verifying that their intended research use is lawful in their jurisdiction. USA Premium Peptides is not responsible for any use of products contrary to these Terms.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is made through the secure payment methods presented at checkout (see the Payment & Checkout FAQ). Orders ship via UPS Ground; tracking numbers are provided after payment has been received and released through our approved payment methods. Shipping terms and the returns policy are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy and Refund Policy.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders we reasonably believe are intended for a use that violates these Terms; any payment received for a canceled order will be refunded.

Batch certificates of analysis (COA) from independent third-party laboratories are available for our products. Except as expressly stated in a COA for the specific batch supplied, products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, USA Premium Peptides and its owners, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any damages arising from use of products contrary to these Terms. In all cases our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless USA Premium Peptides from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use, handling, storage, or disposal of any product.

Site content (text, images, logos) belongs to USA Premium Peptides or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. We may update the site, catalog, pricing, and these Terms at any time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which USA Premium Peptides is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
